A Doberman who's had a rough past...

Letty is what they call a "Blue Doberman".  Before this photoshoot, I had never seen a blue doberman before. Her coat looks gray/blue in certain light and sometimes it looks light brown. Needless to say, she is a beautiful dog.  Not only is she beautiful on the outside, but she is beautiful on the inside too. She has had a difficult life that has not damaged her personality one bit.  Here's her story.... Her owners rescued her after she had been confiscated from a man who was hoarding over 100 animals in his home.  Letty has scars on her face and a chewed up ear because she had to protect herself and fight for food in the hoarder's house. Somehow Letty's personality did not become aggressive after living in this awful situation. She is probably one of the calmest, sweetest dogs I have ever met and I have met a lot of dogs! Letty is a good example to show that good dogs come from all different situations. You can adopt a dog that has had a terrible past and they can be the best dog in the world!   

Look into those soulful eyes! Can't you just see her sweet personality shining through?

I get to meet the coolest dogs and their people when I'm doing dog photography. Best. Job. Ever!
